Entry-Level Role with Career Progression MICM Real Estate is Melbourne’s leading inner-city property agency, and we’re offering a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to kickstart their career in real estate. As a Sales Cadet, you’ll work closely with a Senior Sales Agent, gaining hands‑on experience and learning the ropes of property sales in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. This role mirrors the responsibilities of a Sales Associate and is designed to provide a strong foundation for future growth into a Sales Consultant position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with property inspections and open homes

- Prepare marketing materials and listing presentations

- Liaise with clients, buyers, and internal teams

- Manage CRM data and follow‑up communications

- Support the Senior Agent with day‑to‑day sales activities

- Learn and apply sales techniques and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

- A genuine interest in real estate and property sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional presentation and a positive attitude

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

- Real Estate Certificate IV or willingness to obtain
