**Who are we looking for?**

Infinity is seeking a bid coordinator to work with the senior leadership team to track upcoming tenders, deliver timely bids/presentations and increase the success ratios as well as have the ability to build relationships, work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.

You will reporting to the Estimating and Project Director but are not limited to the following:
**Key responsibilities**
- Preparing tenders and bids inline with the company’s strategic plan and goals; including identifying response requirements, completing associated schedules, coordinating input from relevant disciplines, collating and tailoring CVs, and sourcing relevant project examples;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely input and sufficient review process;
- Assisting with compiling non-technical sections of proposals;
- Ensuring documents are produced in line with Brand Guidelines and at the highest quality;
- Updating proposal content to knowledge management systems;
- Drafting project profiles and source/organise the production of approved project images;
- Updating CVs on a bi-annual basis and upload to CV database;
- Preparation of submissions using InDesign, capability statements and presentations to a high standard and to strict deadlines.
- Liaise with other managers who need to produce documentation for the submission i.e HR, HSEQ, Accounts etc.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of templates and collateral.
- Management of the company CRM.
- Assisting the Director/Estimating and Business Development with administrative tasks when required;
**Experience and Qualifications**
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same or similar role. Government tender experience preferable but not essential.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, marketing or related fields.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
- Ability to be tactful, diplomatic
