As they expand their bids and communication team, you will be joining to work closely with graphic designers and marketing managers to develop conceptual bids, tenders and submissions that showcase the skills and expertise of the practice and its designers. Working on the bids end-to-end, you will need exceptional time management skills, and a desire to be part of a team to achieve a positive outcome.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the bid preparation process from inception through to delivery.
- Interpret client briefs and identify and source the best content and knowledge to support the bid.
- Develop high quality desktop published bids using established InDesign templates against brand guidelines
- Maintain/ build on knowledge library identifying and capturing useful information for reuse.
- Assist with updating marketing material used in submissions including project sheets, CVs, sector credentials and image resources as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field
- At least 2-6 years of experience in a graphic design, Bid coordination, marketing or communications role
- Be adept at understanding tender requirements and deadlines
- Strong eye for detail
