**About the role**:
We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team in sourcing the best talent across New Hope Group.

**What you’ll do**:

- Full ‘end to end’ recruitment processes
- Create proactive sourcing strategies
- Partner with various teams across the business to provide best recruitment solutions
- Contribute to process improvement projects - we're always looking to improve
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system

**What you’ll bring**:

- You naturally communicate well with different levels of the business
- Experience with ATS
