This Mental Health provider are looking for a Talent Advisor to join them for a 3 month assignment.

**Your new company**
This Mental health provider based in central Sydney, specialise in breaking down the barriers that inhibit people seeking guidance and support with their mental health and wellbeing.

**Your new role**
The position of Talent Advisor has become available due to an increase in workload in the Talent team. This is due to the company experiencing higher levels of growth as they look to expand their service offering. This role will initially be 3 months however there is a chance it could be extended. You will be primarily working with the Talent Lead in managing their end to end process on a variety of positions. This will be a hands on Talent advisor role. Day to day duties of the role will include:

- Briefing's with hiring managers to write a specific and relevant job ad
- Post job add to a diverse range of platforms
- CV review's and screening
- Schedule interviews
- Offer discussion and negotiation
- Obtaining references both digitally and verbally

They offer true flexible working and you can work remotely after you have completed your 1-2 week induction which is more office based.
