**About the Role**
A newly created resource, reporting to the Talent Lead, the Talent Acquisition Advisor drives positive recruitment outcomes by providing strategic and operational advice to hiring managers, acting as the key conduit and connection point between the business and the external talent market.
In this role, you will work in a small, highly collaborative, _talented _in-house Talent team providing a one-stop-recruitment-shop to the whole business. We take pride in being a trusted partner in all things Talent, and this is a unique opportunity to join a team with complete business trust with capability across the entire recruitment spectrum. Being a technology-driven business, you will be required to work and oversee recruitment activities for Technical roles. Experience in this space, as well as an appetite for learning these roles, is highly desirable.
**About You**
With a strong advisory and collaborative skillset, as well as a flexible and operational approach, you deliver an outstanding recruitment experience with positive and successful outcomes. This role can be extremely fast-paced with shifting priorities and skill sets, being pragmatic in your way of working is essential for success.
With your knowledge and understanding of the talent landscape and market trends and a passion for building and growing successful teams, you will use your strengths in time management, relationship building, and the delivery of quality sourcing strategies to ensure success in your role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- With support from the wider Talent team, steer and manage the recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across the business - including Technology.
- Work with business units to understand talent acquisition requirements, set expectations and manage complete processes.
- As appropriate, work with agency partners to strategically source applicable talent.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the leaders and managers you support, acting as a trusted advisor and objective sounding board for people-related talent initiatives.
**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor and specialist in a corporate Talent Acquisition function.
- Previous experience working Technical (IT) roles or for a Technology-led organisation is highly desirable.
- Experience in the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role definition, employer and role branding, as well as talent pooling.
- Demonstrated experience and strong familiarity with recruitment systems and platforms (ie: Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management capability, working with a range of stakeholders and changing priorities.
