Our business is surprisingly diverse (hint: read “About us” below) and as a **Talent Acquisition Advisor**, your role will be to partner with our leaders as they look to hire the best talent for their teams. You could work across the whole organisation - from engineers and accountants to customer service, sales, trades and truck drivers - you will get to see it all. We are a team, so while you may end up specialising in some areas, we back each other up and learn the whole business.

This is a 12 month maternity leave contract.

**About the role**:
Reporting in to the Strategic Talent Sourcing Lead, at a high level your role will be to:

- Partner with hiring managers to develop a strong understanding of their roles, team and culture and provide quality recruitment advice, guidance and recommendations
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for your roles and provide input into larger campaigns. Get creative if you need to
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for your roles
- Support the team through our Graduate and Apprentice recruitment campaigns
- Collaborate with HR generalists and other People & Capability team members on talent, remuneration and onboarding
- Lead or contribute to talent acquisition projects

**About you**:

- You have experience in an internal recruitment role, ideally in heavy industry or logistic
- You are known for your ability to build great relationships with people and you are motivated by providing a great service to the leaders you work with
- You have experience using multiple sourcing methods to find the right hires
- You care about getting the details right and are able to manage competing priorities
- Your nature is proactive, results driven and you enjoy a fast paced work environment
- You love to learn, enjoy a challenge and are adaptable to change
