Your part in our UnitingCare team
We are currently looking for a recruitment professional to join our dedicated and energetic internal function as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. Located at our Brisbane CBD based office, and also offering work from home flexibility
- Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner you will:- Own the recruitment needs of your portfolio, specifically supporting our community Aged Care arm of the business
 Build strong and robust relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders
Please note this is a 12 month contract, offering full time hours. What makes a difference for us?- Previous end-to-end recruitment experience (internal or agency) in a fast-paced, high volume environment.- Experience working with an ATS/ AMS, Seek, LinkedIn and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to deal confidently, confidentially and courteously with people at all levels.- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.- Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines.
