**The Position & The Organisation**

Our client is a national leader in the legal services sector based in Brisbane CBD, offering a newly created role as Talent Acquisition Advisor to a recruitment professional who gets excited about running a state-based talent acquisition function autonomously. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Melbourne and have counter-parts in other states; the team describe themselves as ‘feeling next door’ with how collaboratively they work together across states.

You will enjoy being agile and flexible, as this position will involve working across the business driving the national recruitment strategy and providing operational recruitment support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the talent attraction and recruitment across the business’s operations for the Queensland team;
- Chair and lead all interviews from transactional roles up to Executive level roles;
- Provide generalist recruitment advice, coaching and training to leaders with regards to best hiring practice, recommendations, and market insights;
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve performance.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working in legal or professional services will come highly regarded but not necessary
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in a complex and changing environment;
- Confident in HR best practice and providing sound advice;
- Team focused attitude whilst also maintaining the ability to work autonomously is essential in this environment as well as strong communication skills Tertiary; qualifications in HR, management or a business-related discipline will come highly regarded;
