Are you passionate about Agile delivery and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for an **ART Coordinator** to support our Agile Release Train (ART) operations and help drive successful program delivery across our enterprise initiatives.

**About the Role**

As the ART Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Agile Release Train. You’ll work closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), Program Manager, Agile Coaches, and cross-functional teams to support program readiness, reporting, logistics, and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Program Readiness & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document program readiness requirements. Identify dependencies on technology platforms and IT readiness needs, including disaster recovery.
- Program Assurance & Reporting: Assist the Program Manager in collecting and maintaining program artifacts. Collect and submit data for CFO, PSR, and PMO reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Financial Forecasting: Support monthly financial forecast modeling to keep the program on track and within budget.
- Team Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding for new team members, ensuring all checklist items are completed.
- ART Metrics & Reporting: Track and report ART metrics in collaboration with the RTE. Prepare and share ART reports with stakeholders.
- PI Planning & Event Logistics: Organize logistics for PI Planning, including room bookings, catering, and team activities.
- Administrative & Facilitation Support: Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and managing documentation. Assist in facilitating scaled Agile events like Showcases, Inspect & Adapt, and PI Planning.
- RAIDD Management: Help identify, track, and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions (RAIDDs) across the ART.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in Agile environments, preferably within a SAFe framework.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
