**About the company**:
Our client is a household name, and operates in the insurance space, working to improve the lives of people across Queensland. They are currently going through a period of change, and as a result, are looking for a capable and passionate Scrum Master during this transformation.

**About the role**:
In your role as a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for coaching, developing and strumming the software development teams that design, develop and support the Workplace Experience Stream, running the Agile ceremonies and coaching how to do it in an agile way of working.

**Duties***:

- Responsible for removing team blockers and managing interdependencies and risks (roam) between teams. Encouraging transparency, inspection, adaption and continuous improvement between team and clients.
- Experience in building a backlog
- Driving Agile rituals, daily huddles, showcases and retrospectives to the team and with business stakeholders.
- Coaching and assisting Product Owners with the prioritisation of Epics and features. Configuration of Jira and Confluence coaching team how to use release feature.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Managed mid-sized development teams of cross-skilled resources in an agile environment
- Implemented agile ways of working across multiple teams
- Facilitate discussions amongst Agile teams and conflict resolution with management
- Strong Project management capabilities tracking risks and issues
- Identify and assess the development needs of your team and ensure relevant training programs, frameworks and practices exist to up-skill team members and encourage knowledge-sharing, especially in areas of interest for Platform Architecture and Development capabilities
