**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity to join BOQ Group (which includes Bank of Queensland, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank) as a Release Manager during our digital transformation journey on a permanent basis. By joining the digital bank of the future, you will be able to make a difference with curiosity and optimism by managing the release management lifecycle at enterprise level, adding significant value to our organisation. With exciting projects currently underway, you will be a key contributor to unique business development and change across the BOQ Group.
You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, such as the SIAM Change Management team, Enterprise Release, Testing and Environment team, BOQ Group delivery teams, software development teams and vendors. You will further support program/project teams and environment managers as they set up and deploy to their required environments. This position will also work with IT management to assist in improving the software engineering processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying and updating software and environments.

**About you**
You will be a collaborative people and outcome focussed professional who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. You will have a willingness and commitment to adapt and learn, having solid communication skills on a verbal and written level to articulate technical information and collaborate cross functionally with team members.
Having extensive release and/or agile project management experience, you will further have experience in an information systems operations environment across systems analysis or development. Furthermore, you will have general knowledge of ITSM or SIAM processes, also having an understanding the software development lifecycle.
