**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Customer Service & Content Assistant** (Part-Time, 3 days/week) to join us **in-house** at our **Campbelltown HQ**.
This hybrid role blends front-line customer care with behind-the-scenes creative work — perfect for someone who’s people-focused **and** social-savvy.

You’ll be supporting our customers across retail and online channels, while also helping our marketing team bring fresh, engaging content to life for **Rogue Royalty** and **Rogue Raw**.

**A Day in the Life Might Include**:

- Helping customers find the perfect gear or nutrition plan for their dogs
- Assisting with returns, orders, or stock-related questions
- Brainstorming content ideas for TikTok, Reels or paid ads
- Filming or assisting with short video shoots and behind-the-scenes content
- Editing simple videos or helping post to social platforms
- Supporting the team with admin tasks, customer feedback and day-to-day operations

**You Are**:
✔ Confident talking to customers and solving problems with empathy and professionalism
✔ Creative, enthusiastic, and comfortable on or behind the camera
✔ Familiar with social platforms like TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
✔ Well-organised and able to switch between customer care and creative tasks
✔ Passionate about dogs, natural nutrition, or raw feeding (or eager to learn)
✔ A team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
