NEON eCommerce Packaging is a leading packaging supplier for some of the most innovative brands across Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Sydney, NEON specialises in custom eCommerce packaging that helps brands stand out — from sustainable mailers and boxes to premium unboxing experiences.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced mid-weight graphic designer to join our creative team.

You'll work across brand, digital, and packaging design, helping bring our clients' visions to life and shaping the next generation of eCommerce packaging.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, design & produce on-brand assets primarily across; EDMs, Websites, App, Social Media, Paid Media and Print Media.
  • Deliver on-trend designs, come up with on-brand creative ideas and always be willing to push the boundaries with innovative designs.
  • Work closely with the creative team to execute product launch and brand campaign concepts.
  • Compose video for campaigns and social media content on a daily basis.
  • Self-manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed within deadlines.
  • Monitoring competitor creatives, industry trends, user experience and creative best practices across the industry.
  • Work in collaboration with departments to meet the ever-evolving needs of the business.
  • Photo retouching and editing as required.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, driven with confidence in their skill set
  • Has excellent time management skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Qualification in Graphic Design or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe creative suite
  • Video editing experience
  • Experience working across Paid Social Media
  • Experience building Klavyio work flows or similar highly favoured
  • Previous experience in packaging industry advantageous
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing best practices across all platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
