**About the Role**
**Shifts**: Thursday, Friday 9am-5pm & Saturday 9am-4pm
As a vital part of our service retail and e-commerce team, you’ll:

- **Maintain Showroom**: Opening and Closing tasks and keep our retail space organized, welcoming, and stocked.
- **Back Office & Administration**: From time to time you may be required to assist with administration and back of house administration or stocktakes.

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Both written and verbal, with a knack for connecting with customers.
- **Hands On** - You're someone with a can do attitude, you don't mind rolling up your sleeves if needed to meet unplanned challenges of a growing business.
- **Open to Mentoring** - Our business and products are unique, we're not another "pet shop" and you'll need to learn our product range and have an open mind for learning and mentoring.
- **Genuine Passion for Pets**: Knowledge of dogs and natural raw feeding is ideal—or a willingness to learn.
- **Organized and Proactive**: A super organised professional and team player who can manage tasks with care and precision.
- **Tech Savvy**: Confident with Microsoft suite, computers and e-commerce systems.(Shopify)

Pay: $28.65 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
