**About the Role**

As **Retail Store Manager**, you will:

- **Lead Store Operations** - Oversee daily activities to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience.
- **Deliver Outstanding Customer Service** - Support and manage the in-store team to provide expert product knowledge and exceptional service.
- **Drive Sales & Performance** - Implement strategies to increase sales, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.
- **Manage Stock & Inventory** - Maintain accurate stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure well-presented in-store displays.
- **Lead & Train the Team** - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team.
- **Maintain Store Presentation & Merchandising** - Keep the store visually appealing and aligned with our premium brand.
- **Assist with Website Updates (preferred)** - Help update stock levels and product information online.

- **Organized & Detail-Oriented** - Ability to efficiently manage stock, operations, and daily store functions.
- **Sales-Driven Mindset** - Ability to connect with customers, upsell products, and contribute to business growth.
- **Tech-Savvy** - Comfortable using POS systems, stock management tools, and Microsoft Office.
- **Passion for Pets & Premium Products** - Knowledge of dogs and raw feeding is a plus, or a willingness to learn.

Pay: $58,704.02 - $78,508.26 per year
