This role combines customer service, showroom presentation, and e-commerce support — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality retail and online environment and has the proven experience to match.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and online
  • Maintain showroom presentation and stock organisation
  • Respond to customer enquiries via social media, email, and phone
  • Assist with e-commerce tasks including product uploads and website updates
  • Process online orders and assist with pick and pack overflow
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives such as product launches and promotions

About You:

  • Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude
  • Exceptional organisation and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
  • Experience in e-commerce — Shopify, Gorgias, and Postal & Return Portals highly regarded
  • Experience with CapCut and Canva for basic video editing and content creation highly regarded
  • Comfortable multitasking and working both independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about canine quality products and premium raw feeding
