Pioneer medical devices global company is looking for its interim Internal Employee Communications Manager.
**Your new company**
You will be joining a pioneer medical devices global company, with main offices in Sydney.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the strategy and execution of the internal employee communications efforts, ensuring that they keep informed, engaged and inspired.
- Ensuring that the employees get a deep understanding of both short and long-term vision and strategies for the company.
- Design a detailed framework to amplify communications across the different communication format and channels.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with HR, Software and Global Corporate Communications teams in Australia and other countries.
- Be a strategic communications business partner to senior leaders across the organization, advising them on the right channels, timing and content of employee communications to ensure that they are empowered to help the company meet its short and long-term goals.
- Oversee the global strategic communications calendar.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous background in Internal Communications Manager/Director roles.
- Direct experience working varying stakeholder audiences on a global scale across different countries.
- Ability to look at employee communications needs through the lens of all stakeholders.
- Strong point of view on internal communication best practices and approaches.
- Strong ability to advise senior leaders on complicated business issues.
- Passion for storytelling.
- Visionary and innovative, with a strategic thinking.
