The Manager Employee Relations, Safety and Policy works closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure AUSTRAC’s employment instruments, policies and practices reflect contemporary and flexible employment approaches. It also ensures AUSTRAC provides a physically and psychologically safe and supportive environment for our staff.

The role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a recognised employer of choice and a team of dedicated and experienced HR professionals to:

- Broaden employee relations expertise to all stages of the development of enterprise agreements and other employment instruments
- Identify and implement enhancements in a WHS environment that focuses on early intervention and proactive wellbeing initiatives
- Work with other areas of the branch in the integration of and alignment of employee relations, safety and policy to HR strategy, workforce planning and organisational performance
