**The Division**
The Regional and Outer Metropolitan division is focused on understanding the particular needs of regional communities across NSW and delivering customer-centred integrated transport services and infrastructure.
**The opportunity**
Right now, we have a unique opportunity for a Planning & Performance Partner to join our team. This role take ownership of the planning and performance analysis/reporting activities and provides strategic advice regarding how to improve performance outcomes when consulting with various stakeholders on Regional and Outer Metropolitan and elected government officials' commitments.
**What you will be involved in**
- Work with divisional clients to support planning and performance reporting processes that enable integrated planning and performance reporting within the client areas.
- Foster alignment of business plans and performance indicators used by business clients with Divisional and Transport cluster performance measurement and reporting frameworks. Ensure that performance reporting processes and the client branch business plans take into account risk identification and management and contributions to divisional objectives.
- Lead the identification of performance measures that will drive achievement of branch objectives and provide transparent reporting to executives and stakeholders against agreed targets.
- Build effective relationships and partnerships to facilitate the provision of advice and the exchange of information, analysis, and commentary on service delivery issues and requirements.

We are looking for an autonomous and organised individual who has good presentation skills with the aptitude to supply leaders with high-quality assured data.

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 9 ($142,178 - $159,238) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
