Customer Business Manager - Professional Care

You’ll also have the opportunity to:
Build and manage the relationships with key stakeholders both within Distributors and National Accounts and the broader Kimberly-Clark business including development, analysis, implementation, and management of account plans with Distributors and National Accounts.
How will success be measured: Achieve both Sales, Profit and Community Growth Targets
Create annual plans in collaboration with key distributors including Independence Australia, BrightSky and CH2. Utilise distributor marketing programs, eCommerce platforms, conferences, and publications to drive awareness and recommendation of our brands.
How will success be measured: Successful execution annual plans and Community Sales growth of 15% YOY.
Maintain with our current Tier 1 & 2 Residential Care National Accounts as the key contract manager with annual plans, quarterly business reviews, supply outlooks and NPD presentations to ensure they have the most effective Continence Management system in place. Create a sustainable business through the management account profitability and CPI execution across ResCare.
How will success be measured: Achieve gross profit growth in Residential Care business and acquire new business in line with our internal benchmarks.
Win our fair share of Period Care Tenders in Schools, Public Spaces and Corporate places.
Support the internal project teams to deliver on Tender requirements.
Partner with key distributors and third parties to deliver product and service requirements of tenders.
Support the initiation and roll out of a Period Care corporate offering utilising distributor sale teams
How will success be measured: Growth of Period Care sales and tender awards.
Support the BCC - Hospital and Early Learning business to maintain and grow accounts and support with pricing and proposals.
How will success be measured: Growth of Hospital and Early Learning business of 11% YOY.
Drive financial management, forecasting and supply outlooks- Develop, analyse, implement and manage the customer promotional plans that best achieve budgeted sales, whilst delivering optimal return on investment for the business- Drive accountability for accurate inputs into Promax, and utilisation of account replenishing contacts, to assist the Demand Planning team in developing accurate sales forecasts- Review and negotiation of Trading Terms and Co-op investment- Management of customer claims- Forecasting volume requirements- Management for pricing, rebates and chargebacks- Collaboration with distributors for volume requirements along with providing supply outlooks and mitigating any issues
How will success be measured: Costs will not exceed budget
Take a leadership role in providing recommendations with the sales, category and marketing teams across local market, account dynamics, competitive activity, price trends, customer performance, sales opportunities and key initiatives to support with tactical and strategic business

About You:
