We’re looking for a **Part-Time Production Manager** to oversee and streamline our production systems.

**The Role**

We’re moving from traditional hands-on production to a semi-automated setup — and need someone who can:

- Plan, schedule, and oversee weekend production
- Supervise and train production staff and machine operators
- Implement and maintain SOPs for consistency, food safety, and efficiency
- Liaise with weekend supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory, quality control, and production costs
- Troubleshoot process or equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
- Report on yields, waste, and performance to management

You’ll work closely with our directors and help lead the transition into a systemised, scalable production model.

**About You**
- Experience in bakery, food manufacturing, or a commercial production environment
- Comfortable with machinery and automated production lines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Able to train, motivate, and hold staff accountable
- Understands the balance between quality, speed, and cost efficiency

**Hours & Pay**
- **Part-Time**:

- Flexible schedule — may include early mornings or short weekend check-ins as required
- Competitive pay **($40-$55/hour)** depending on experience
- Bonus potential for meeting production and quality KPIs
