**We're Hiring: Multilingual Marketing Specialist (Education & Migration Sector)**

**Imagine Global Edu and Migration (iGEM)** is a leading education and migration agency helping students achieve their international study goals. We're seeking a highly motivated and **experienced Marketing Specialist** with a passion for connecting with multicultural audiences.

**Preferred Experience is a Must**:
Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Marketing Specialist.

**Task Responsibilities**
- Planning, developing, and organising advertising policies and campaigns to reach target markets and attract students interested in availing iGEM services. Also, promoting the attributes of iGEM.
- Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placement, within time and budget constraints.
- Interpreting and predicting current and future study trends within the Thai, Tagalog, Chinese, Vietnamese, Cebuano, Bisaya, or Spanish-speaking markets.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities within the Thai, Tagalog, Chinese, Vietnamese, Cebuano, Bisaya, or Spanish-speaking markets. A Marketing Specialist identifies market opportunities and advises on the development, coordination, and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting an organisation’s goods and services.
- Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs; commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing targets.
- Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within an international education and migration agency (required).
- IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (minimum)
- Strong understanding of **Australian student visa** processes (preferred)
- QEAC Certification (desirable)
- Experience in content creation (especially videos), digital strategy, and campaign execution

**Skills & Attributes**
- Skilled in **social media content**, campaign development, and CRM systems (e.g. Agentcis)
- Excellent communication and written skills in **English** and one or more of the following: Thai, Cebuano, Bisaya, Tagalog, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PDF editing tools
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Able to work independently and under pressure while remaining team-oriented
- Creative, adaptable, and culturally aware - with a “can-do” attitude
