Simetics Beauty, Southport are looking for an experienced Clinic coodinator who can train, mentor and inspire our team of advanced skin therapist specialists to reach their full potential. We offer flexible working hours available over a 24-32 hour working week to suit your lifestyle

Your Role/ Responsibilities:

- Plan and drive operational and retail excellence
- Recruit, induct and train new staff
- Coach, support and mentor your team
- Review performance data (financial, sales, and activity levels)
- Promote marketing campaigns
- Upskilling team in specialist product knowledge
- Rostering, reporting and day to day management of the clinic

**Your requirements**
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Advanced Diploma of Dermal Therapy
- IPL/laser certificate
- At least 1-2 years experience in the beauty industry
- Superior customer service and focus on achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
