**The Role**

As the State Manager you will be responsible for shaping and guiding the success of thirteen distinguished restaurants, which include The Bavarian, Winghaus, and El Camino Brands.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be charged with driving sales growth, optimizing revenue and achieving robust profit results working closely with the Brand Directors and the COO.

**What we are looking for**
- Proven experience in multi-venue management within the hospitality industry
- Strong expertise in COGS, P&L, Revenue Streams, and Cost Management
- Experience with local area marketing strategy and sales drivers
- An engaging leader with a hands-on approach to team management including a willingness to work with the team during service
- Dedicated to nurturing talent and driving continuous improvement
- Guest centric and willing to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
- Knowledge of Licensing Compliance in QLD (OLGR and Council)
- A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing hospitality teams
- Transportation will be required
