**About the role**

The purpose of the Admin/Digital Support role is to provide a support role to our team, following up on enquiries from clients in a timely manner, and ensuring the projects correct and accurate as per client’s requirements.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**An overview of the key responsibilities include.**
- Undertake the analysis of data received from clients
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients to support and facilitate service delivery
- Prompt issues resolution and adherence to privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements
- Ensure that all projects are up to date including chasing up outstanding records in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients ensuring projects comply with the necessary requirements

**About you**
- Extremely well organised and proficient
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package
- A strong eye for attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- A proactive can-do attitude, confidence, excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic digital marketing knowledge
- Passionate and willingness to stay ahead of the digital marketing game

- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5pm

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
