We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will bring a passion for executing next-level digital campaigns while also helping existing customers achieve success.

**What success looks like**:

- Delivering full-stack campaigns that meet key performance metrics
- Driving brand awareness initiatives that elevates SOV and market share
- Being well prepared and having an extended pipeline of marketing activities across all channels
- Be able to work well with a cross-functional team (sales, customer success and product), and third-party agencies to drive growth

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Driving scalable and repeatable full-stack campaigns that deliver on key metrics
- Establish KPIs for all campaigns/initiatives, create results forecasts, and report on progress
- Responsible for all campaign process
- Work with product, sales & customer success to bring new products to market that expertly identifies key benefits/usage and helps drive adoption.

**What you’ll need for this position**:

- Highly analytical and able to generate and or interpret various data insights to drive campaign objectives and make appropriate recommendations
- Hands-on self-starter who is resourceful and knows how to get things done
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, project and time management skills
- Minimum 3 years experience as a marketing specialist or similar, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to own, execute and test lead generation campaigns and targets
- Experience in planning and executing virtual, hybrid and in-person events and sponsorships
- Expert in paid search and display advertising channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Youtube Ads)
- Strong knowledge of programmatic and social media advertising (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
- Advanced knowledge of content marketing metrics (Google Analytics, SEO, Wordpress)
- Bring a positive attitude every day and the drive to go above and beyond for our customers
- A naturally collaborative team player who is eager to contribute to the success of the company

**What will separate you from the rest**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Analytical and not afraid to dig into the data for answers
- SaaS growth experience
- Proactive and responsive to daily challenges
- Working knowledge of Vision6, attribution, analytics & share of voice software
- Ability to create entertaining, insightful and engaging content
- Driven and independent
- Full of ideas and brimming with enthusiasm

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Google Ads: 2 years (preferred)
