**About the role**

The Marketing Specialist (Retail) is accountable for developing, implementing and managing marketing solutions which have a positive impact on revenue and alignment with business goals. This role will develop and launch best-in-class marketing campaigns, events and strategies to develop new prospects and nurture them through our customer lifecycle - from unknown prospect to loyal customer.

You’ll be responsible for driving quality leads for the Retail Construction Sales Team in NSW, ACT and WA through thoughtful, optimised programs across all digital media channels. You’ll also be required to work with our Content Specialist to develop compelling material aligned with segmented target audiences at each stage of the buying process.

This position is part of the Go-to-Market Team and works closely with the Digital Experience, Customer Experience and Operational Excellence teams alongside other internal business units.

You’ll be required to work on a permanent full-time basis, from Monday to Friday. There will also be the opportunity for interstate travel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead small to large-scale events ensuring a positive customer experience, coordinating marketing, sales teams and external vendors to support execution
- Analyse CRM and conversion data to optimise strategies
- Collaborate with the Content Specialist to develop a variety of content to support strategies and develop nurture programs
- As part of the WesTrac Retail Transformation, roll out in-branch programs and support other initiatives as required
- Live our ‘SPARC’ Values - lead by example everyday through actions, behaviours and decisions

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification with a marketing, communications, or digital focus
- Minimum two-three years in a campaign and event management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention-to-detail
- High-level organisation skills - a self-starter with excellent time management
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience using marketing technology to engage customers, e.g., digital marketing, eDMs, chat tools
- Desired - experience with Sitecore CMS platforms
