There is a major building upgrade and renovation program underway that will continue to elevate the buildings reputation in the real estate market as a premium facility that is an extremely desirable address.We are looking for an exceptional ‘people person’ to join the Concierge team, which operates on a 24/7 basis - part time superstars to applyMeet great people, work in a boutique environment where you get to know clients as people rather than a number. With less than 90 apartments this building represent the finest of inner city living in a relaxed, professional environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**

12 months minimum in exclusive client facing role
Great communication skills mandatory, as is the ability to anticipate opportunities to surprise and delight
Exemplary multi tasking and working under pressure without becoming flustered is a must
Must value clients privacy in and out of work

**Tasks & responsibilities**

Meet & Greet Residents and Visitors

Handle all request promptly & efficiently

Coordinate contractor services & maintenance requests

Protection of building access & resident privacy

Log any incidents

Contractor Management Fire Services

Warden & Chief Fire Warden responsibilities
