We wish to complement our existing team with a Project Coordinator (Plant & Labour) for our water projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business in Brisbane, Queensland. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records of plant, fleet and equipment, including servicing, warranties and repair logs- Arranging vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections in collaboration with Fleet Manager- Supporting Fleet Manager to ensure all vehicles have up to date registration and insurances- Supporting Delivery Manager in updating labour schedules and reporting on Plant, Fleet and Labour allocations- Collaborating with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and other team members to address challenges and ensure successful project delivery- Develop, monitor, and update project registers and trackers, advising team members and stakeholders of pending requirements and deadlines as required.

How you'll connect to the role:
- Previous experience in a plant/fleet coordination role in a construction environment (desirable)- Strong computer literacy skills and knowledge of maintenance/management systems- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders- A firm grasp of safety management and mitigation strategies on issues related to plant and equipment- A full drivers licence is essential- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
