Talent International is searching for an experienced **Project Coordinator** to join our client, a large utility company. This role is based in **Fortitude Valley** on a contract basis for 12 months + likely extensions.
**About the role**:
The client is looking for an experienced Project Administrator / Coordinator who can hit the ground running on their complex Billing/CRM Salesforce program.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with writing, rating, and assigning Program, Project and Workstream register entries for risks and issue. Assist risk owners and assignees with maintaining accurate and up to date record logs.
- Prepare highlight reports, bringing risks that are increasing in profile to the attention of the Project Director.
- Maintain cost models (actuals vs. forecasts) and administer financial review activities.
- Assist the Project Director to maintain data quality and compliance with PMO dashboard business rules by performing data quality spot-checks in MS Project Online.
- Gather and provide documentation/responses as needed by internal/external reviewers and auditors.
- Assist with phase progression readiness and processes.
- Support program governance meetings (e.g. scheduling, agendas and minutes).
- Support program information management practices (e.g. business rules, naming conventions and staff access) across multiple technologies including Miro, Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint, Records Manager and TEAMS
- Administer documentation controls, including distribution to appropriate reviewers, tracking changes, facilitating approvals and finalising records.
- Track deliverables status, by maintaining a solid understanding of the deliverable stages, due dates, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate team meetings and workshops.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role working in a coordination role supporting complex large scale ICT Programs with multiple workstreams and/or projects.
- Solid understanding of project methodologies and project governance requirements, and experience performing the secretariat role on governance boards.
- Practical experience in maintaining program level controls, documentation, records, and experience developing program reports and presentations.
- The ability to effectively collate, analyse and represent information received from varied sources and to present it in a suitable way for a variety of different audiences.
- Proven experience coordinating and facilitating team meetings, arranging/preparing facilities and managing multiple program mailboxes, calendars, TEAMS channels and distribution lists.
- Articulate written skills and attention to detail. Highly skilled in use of MS Office Visio, Excel, Word and Project.
