What you'll do:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for supply chain, operations, and professional roles.
- Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in line with business needs.
- Support Talent Acquisition and to deliver seamless recruitment processes and great candidate experiences.
- Support volume and seasonal recruitment activity as required.
What we're looking for:
- Experience as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or agency recruiter.
- Skilled in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and managing multiple requisitions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Energy, initiative, and ability to hit the ground running.
- Prior experience in FMCG, supply chain, or manufacturing recruitment is a plus.
