As we continue to scale, we're looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Adviser to help us attract, engage, and recruit exceptional talent to support our next phase of growth.
About the role
In this newly created position, we need a TAA who's also looking to broaden their HR advisory and generalist skills. This role combines recruitment expertise with hands-on HR experience, ensuring our people practices are as innovative and forward-thinking as our technology.
You'll manage end-to-end recruitment, support leaders with advice, and help drive initiatives that strengthen engagement and capability across FYI.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from partnering with hiring managers on role design and sourcing strategy to onboarding new hires.
- Develop engaging job ads that reflect our brand and attract top SaaS and tech talent.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals etc).
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
- Enhance and support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for our new recruits.
- Lead and drive our Graduate Recruitment program.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to leaders and employees.
- Support employee relations and performance management.
- Assist with projects such as engagement surveys, culture initiatives, and performance recognition and reward programs.
- Support learning and development initiatives and workforce planning.
About you
You're a resilient, people-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You balance managing recruitment pipelines with advising on HR processes and creating an exceptional employee experience.
With at least 3+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination and/or advisory roles (experience in SaaS is a bonus), you bring a solid understanding of employment law and confidence managing end-to-end recruitment.
You hold qualifications in HR and/or business (or bring equivalent experience) and are highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, are tech-savvy with experience using and optimising an ATS, and thrive working both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team. Experience working across multiple time zones will be highly regarded.
