The People, Culture and Wellbeing Service (PCW) provides a holistic approach to the future development of our people and the organisation. The Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable to the Manager, Talent Acquisition for the development and implementation of agency wide recruitment strategies and initiatives. The role is responsible for the attraction and retention of skilled employees.
The role will provide timely advice to a range of stakeholders on best practice recruitment strategies. The Talent Acquisition Partner undertakes work under broad direction in the management and delivery of a significant domestic and international recruitment campaigns and associated projects.
**Special Conditions**
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
**Essential Minimum Requirements**
- Demonstrated high level interviewing experience and an understanding of recruitment best practice.
- Experience in the development and implementation of recruitment and related strategies, policies, procedures and practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees.
- Experience in providing strategic advice, including through the demonstrated use of high level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level interpersonal skills, including proven ability to consult, liaise, influence, negotiate and develop a network of strategic alliances.
- High level expertise in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to a range of people, undertake presentations, writing and speaking on behalf of the agency, select language, tone and format to suit target recipients.
**Desirable Characteristics**
- Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in human resources, psychology, law or industrial relations.
- Experience in project management and project methodology.
**Salary**
ASO6 - $98,478 - $104,165 per annum.
