Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Representative is responsible for providing 1st, 2nd, 3rd level support to approximately 200 staff across CDPG.

This will include remote support, desktop support, configuration of laptops/desktops. The role will also administer servers and Office365.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing end-user support to all levels of the business.
- On-boarding and departure processes for employees.
- Introduction of IT systems to new employees.
- Systems administration of networking equipment and server hardware.
- Monitoring IT infrastructure, services, and helpdesk tickets for issues.
- Configuring end-user laptops/desktops and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintaining documentation on IT processes.
- Maintaining up to date records of IT assets.
- General IT administration duties.
- Assist with IT projects/audits/changes and rollouts of software/hardware.

**Skills**
- Office 365 administration (users, groups, licensing, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Active Directory (users, groups).
- Windows server exposure.
- Remote support experience.
- Desktop support experience.
- Mobile phones and Tablet support.
- An interest in technology.
- Exposure to cloud-based systems.
- VMWare (Desirable)
- Networking, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, WAN, LAN (Desirable)
- Exposure to ERP systems (Desirable)
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
