Our client is one of Australia's leading charity-focused contact center. They value passion and potential over paperwork. Kicking off in 2013, they had a simple goal of ensuring charities in Australia would have an ethical and transparent option for their telemarketing supplier. They also believe in forming a partnership with charities they work with.

**Location**: Next to Strathpine Train Station with ample parking.

**Work**: Outbound calls to existing charity supporters. No cold calls.

**Schedule**: 9-day fortnight, enjoy a long weekend every second week.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage in outbound calls to existing charity supporters
- Maintain a call rate of 55-100 completed calls per day.
- Do your best on every call to deliver quality fundraising calls for our charity clients.
- To succeed you will be required to follow scripts, build rapport, actively listen, use correct objection handling, make the required 3 asks and deliver each call with confidence and passion.
- Be coachable and be able to take on feedback
- Be proficient and consistent on multiple campaigns and be adaptable to work on many different types of campaigns.
- Answer and handle inbound calls when required.
