**About the Volunteering Role - Services Administrator, Volunteer**
The purpose of this volunteer role for support the HCP leader and wider team in ensuring compliance of set procedures and protocols are maintained to a high standard, and all data is collected in the correct manner.

The Volunteer Services Administrator will provide general administrative and rostering support for all aged and disability clients to ensure optimal performance and the highest-level client focused model of care.

Volunteering Duties*
- Provide clear and accurate information on the HCP client service offerings
- Coordinate program rostering of staff including the community support worker team
- Coordinate client/staff shift changes
- Ensure all data is collected and collated in accordance with set procedures
- You will require*
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of older people, people with disabilities and mental health issues
- Intermediate skills in PC literacy and Microsoft programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher & Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
