**Volunteer Administration Assistant - Save the Children Sefton Park Head Office**

By volunteering in our Sefton Park office, you will be performing administrative support tasks such as:

- Data entry
- Counting and processing daily banking for 15 stores as per set guidelines
- Updating and maintaining volunteer job ads in Viktor (Volunteering SA/NT) & Indeed websites as per SA & VIC rosters
- Making name badges for Volunteers
- Making induction and training kits for Volunteers
- Printing stock orders to give to our Warehouse team to prepare
- Printing, recording (in a spreadsheet) and picking stationery orders for our 15 Op Shops
- Sourcing and/or replenishing warehouse and op shops stationery and office supplies
- General housekeeping

Are you friendly and welcoming, sociable and can liaise with suppliers and chat with Volunteers, able to handle money, happy to be part of a team, flexible and willing to do any of the administration tasks?

**Are you able to carry heavy stationery supplies up and down stairs?**

Checks required:

- National Police Certificate_
- Working with Children Check_

Pay: $0.01 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sefton Park, SA 5083: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
