We are looking for an **Engagement Officer - Volunteer Services** to coordinate and enhance volunteer support for frail aged, younger disabled, and residents living with a mental illness in the Clarence community. You will play a vital role in matching volunteers with consumers, ensuring a high-quality service and maintaining compliance with regulations.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in rostering and problem-solving.
- Proficient in maintaining computerised client information systems.
- High attention to detail with strong auditing and reporting skills.
- Ability to assess consumer needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues and negotiate outcomes.
- Experience engaging, supporting, and retaining volunteers.
