South Eastern suburb import and wholesale company located in Carrum Downs is seeking an enthusiastic office administration full time staff.

At Vantage (AUST), we specialise in tubular steel, pre-made fencing, fence posts and fence components. With our own factory in China, we pride ourselves on quality and customer service.

**The Role**:
The role will include, but not limited to:

- Assisting customers with enquiries and Counter Sales, and managing online enquiries and orders
- Ensuring smooth branch operations including managing office supplies and documenting and implementing processes
- Inventory Management and stock tracking with Excel
- Using Xero to generate invoices and adding bills
- Processing credit card authorisation and completing credit card transactions
- Liase with the warehouse
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Customer Service Experience and a great attitude
- Microsoft Excel experience
- A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptable and flexible attitude
- Positive and proactive approach to your work
- Someone who prides themselves on the delivery of high quality customer service at all times

Pay: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:
