Sales & Admin Assistant – Events & Promotions Industry

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a knack for both sales and creative problem-solving? We're looking for a Part-Time Sales & Admin Assistant to support our growing events and promotions business.

This role is ideal for someone who's organised, tech-savvy, and has a solid working knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. You don't need to be a graphic designer, but you should be comfortable handling basic artwork adjustments and preparing visual layouts for client quotes or production.


About the Role

  • Hours: 15 hours per week (with potential to increase as the business grows).
  • Flexibility: Perfect for someone seeking a balanced role in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to manage sales inquiries.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices and process customer orders.
  • Maintain customer records and update our CRM system.
  • Assist with general administration including scheduling, data entry and office support.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities – including basic artwork setup or file preparation where required.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Illustrator, Photoshop or similar programs (basic to intermediate level).
  • Previous experience in sales and/or administration.
  • A proactive, reliable team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
