Are you wanting to lead a multidisciplinary team in the daily operations, support and implementation of information and technology service delivery to achieve objectives in relation to Pharmacy? We're seeking an Operations Manager in the Digital Health Branch, eHealth.

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate and liaise with vendor to ensure client outcomes are met.
- Demonstrated high-level business and operational management skills and experience in working with clients to implement and manage organisational change, organisational effectiveness, and best practice initiatives at both strategic and operational levels
- Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor teams of strategic and operational and scientific ICTnprofessionals, in line with contemporary human resource management practices to achieve defined service levels in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information services
