We're seeking AU/NZ-based team members to help us work with ecommerce sellers, accountants and bookkeepers on pre-sales questions, training/onboarding and account management.

**You Have**:

- Experience in the accounting and bookkeeping industry, ideally within ecommerce businesses (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy or eBay) and using QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
- Client-centric people skills, both in speaking and written communication
- A keen eye for detail, and a keen heart for doing the right thing for clients
- A spidey-sense for problem solving and explaining complicated things quickly
- A desire to learn, grow and work with some of the brightest in the ecommerce & accounting software space
- The ability to commit to a fixed number of hours in the US time zone each week, but flexibility to work around other projects you may have
