About You

· Perfect for an Overseas Student

· Fluent in Mandarin and understanding of Bengali preferred but not essential

· 3+ years bookkeeping experience (eCommerce/retail desirable)

· Proficient in Xero and integrations – Xero certification preferred

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Proactive, reliable, and accountable

Duties & Responsibilities

· Manage daily bookkeeping using Xero

· Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and online payment gateways

· Foreign exchange translations

· Oversee accounts payable and receivable

· Prepare BAS and compliance reports

· Assist with preparation of EOM and P&L, including commentary thereon and suggested actions

· Assist with payroll and expenses

· Support year-end reporting and liaise with external accountants

· Report to the COO.
