Notting Hill, Australia Jake Removal & Storages Full time

Your responsibilities mainly include:

- Attend to incoming calls and making follow up calls to customers
- Providing quotes & book jobs for customers for removals, storage & packing services.
- Phone customer services and ad hoc administration
- Problem-solving and complaint resolution
- Taking payments over the phone /issue simple invoices
- Assign jobs to our team workers
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Achieve personal KPI

To be successful in this role, you need to be:

- Have excellent customer services and communication skills
- Passionate for sales support and customer service and have a proactive attitude towards prompt resolution of customer enquiries
- Able to manage high volume telephone traffic
- Have a proactive attitude towards dealing with customers phone calls.
- Reliable
- Have adequate computer skills including using outlook, booking/scheduling system (training will be provided) and messaging customers etc.
- Be able to work autonomously and manage leads/booking

You will be provided ongoing training with our internal system, working closely with management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Notting Hill, VIC 3168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
