- The Admissions Officer at Reddam House is integral to ensuring a welcoming and seamless admissions process for prospective families. This role combines exceptional customer service with organisational expertise to support enrolments, manage communications, and deliver admissions events. The Admissions Officer plays a key part in maintaining Reddam House’s reputation and ensuring a strong, diverse student body. This is a 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT based in Woollahra.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
- Guide prospective families through the admissions process, ensuring their questions are answered and fostering a positive impression of Reddam House.
- Admissions Process Management
- Maintain the Admissions Department calendar and coordinate visits and meetings for prospective parents, students, and agents.
- Track and update records for place and scholarship offers, and draft offer letters for the Head of School.
- Manage agent commission records for enrolled students.
- Event Organisation and Support
- Assist the Head of Admissions in planning and executing key admissions events, such as open days, entrance assessments, taster days, exhibitions, and alumni events.
- Accompany and guide visitors on tours of the school and boarding houses, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with academic and boarding house staff to schedule meetings with prospective families.
- Liaise with the Communications Manager to ensure admissions materials are current and available online and in print.
- Onboarding and Welcoming
- Prepare and distribute New Student Welcome Packs, ensuring families have all necessary information.
- Collaborate with academic and house staff to facilitate smooth onboarding for new students, maintaining a consistent and positive experience.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in admissions, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency with database systems (e.g., iSAMS) and standard office software.
- Experience in event coordination is a strong advantage.
