**About Our Client**

Beaumont People are proud to be partnering with one of Sydney's Independent Schools to support in the recruitment of a talented Admissions Officer to join the team on a full-time and permanent basis.

**About the role**

You will be responsible for admissions across the pre-school, junior and secondary areas of the school using your excellent customer service skills. Your team consists of one other Admissions Officer, an Admissions Assistant, and the Director of Admissions, who you will report to.

- Being the first point of contact for all prospective students and parents including conducting interviews, onboarding the students, and conducting school tours
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new students and their families from initial enquiry through to enrolment
- Collaborate across the tight-knit team to deliver school open days and expos as well as stepping in to take interviews when required by the Director
- Assist with setting the annual Admissions calendar and Scholarship program
- Adapting to the system - Civica Education Suite (CES) and managing administration duties such as paperwork and database entry using Microsoft Excel

**A bit about you**
- Proven admissions experience within an independent school or pre-school setting
- Attention to detail when managing competing priorities
- A professional demeanour, and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated first-class customer service expertise
- Strong in both written and oral communication skills with the ability to learn new software quickly (experience with MAZE or Civica Education Suite databases would be advantageous)
- A strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to maintain this
