**The role**
**In this role you will**
- Maintain student records on PRISMS and issuing CoE documents.
- Issue offer letters, invoices, and other student documents.
- Update the student management system with any notes, enrolment changes, communications etc., making sure all relevant documents are saved.
- Keep staff and management informed of events related to student admissions and enquiries.
- Other duties as required.
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Six months experience in Admissions or a similar role (preferred, but not essential)
- Experience with Education systems including Canvas, RTO Manager, Moodle and PRISMS (preferred but not essential)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly developed time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
