We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Admissions Host in our Darling Harbour attractions; SEA LIFE, WILD LIFE and Madame Tussauds.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Admissions Guest Experience Manager you will be responsible for delivering high quality service with guest satisfaction as the focus. Our Admissions Hosts are the face of our business and the first point of contact when our guests visit our amazing Darling Harbour attractions.

The Role is contracted at 20 hours per week and will require being available to work on the attractions open days of Thursday to Monday during the off season. Hours and days of work will flex during peak periods which include school and public holidays. Additionally, flexible working arrangements may be available if you are currently unable to commit to a 20 hours per week.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting all guests warmly and with a smile
- Providing them with the best possible deals on tickets and experiences
- Checking tickets and getting guests excited to enter our attractions
- Acting as an ambassador for not only the Merlin attractions but the city as a whole, helping guests with questions relating to all things Sydney.
- Our Admissions Hosts are also supporting Merlin's health and safety measures, which includes monitoring social distancing and building capacities.

**About You**

To shine in this role, you will ideally have strong communication skills and experience in customer service. A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential.

You will also have:

- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Desire to work in fast-paced environments.
