This role will be reviewing customer data to identify duplicate customer records. You will have documented guidance and escalation support for this role reporting to the Customer Data Steward.

This role with suit someone with previous data entry or data quality remidiation experience that is available to start within the next couple of weeks.

**Duties**:

- Comparing personal data like names, addresses, contact details of two or more different customer records
- Making a determination as to whether the two records are the same person or entity
- Documenting supporting evidence / notes for conclusions reached
- Escalating problems to the customer data steward where necessary

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience working in data quality remediation, data entry, administration or similar work
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work flexibly
